Franken Signs has an incredible array of equipment in it's inventory. Our printing and sign fabrication is considered by some to be a a feat of technology and bio-mechanics. In fact the equipment we choose to produce your projects is all quite real and has a major impact on how well we can perform.
Our offset printing department is all Heidelberg, (the Mercedes-Benz of printing equipment). We can print 1, 2 and 4 color, plus we offer varnishing, UV and aqueous coating,
Our inkjet department offers technology from Hewlett Packard, Epson and Roland. We can print posters, photographic enlargements, tradeshow graphics, sublimation, vehicle graphics, bumper stickers, heat transfers, magnetics, mouse pads labels, and more.
Our digital copy department features hi-speed Minolta color and black & white printers and the new FrankenColor 5GFX for color prints that defy description in it's vividness and clarity for as little as 20¢ each for single sided letter size sheets.
Our digital screen printing department operates in 6 color six station carousel, with our own Epson imagesetter replete with trapping and overprint pre-press system.
Our embroidery system is state-of-the-art four head Tajima clone which prides itself on simultaneous operation at speeds in excess of 1000 stitches per minute. We are capable of digitizing in-house. This speeds up your turn time more than you may realize.
...and lastly we finish what we start! That's right, you won't find bit and pieces lying around here. We have cutting, folding (right angle), collating, binding, shrink wrapping, laminating and mounting services on sheet sizes up to 60" wide. All provided by Stahl (folding), Polar (cutting) and GBC (laminating).
